Sales Information


We offer email and telephone advice on all of our products, in order that you buy the correct product for your requirements. We use all these products ourselves, and have in-depth knowledge about operation and performance under varying conditions.


If you are not satisfied with your new product, you may return it for a refund, or an upgrade, subject to these conditions:

  • All packaging must be returned and in ‘new’ condition
  • The product must be in ‘new’ condition with all accessories included
  • The goods must be returned no later than 10 days after delivery
  • Freight will be deducted from the refund
  • All banking and on-line fees will be deducted from the refund
  • This offer excludes clearance items, accessories, and special orders
  • New Zealand customers only.


We offer email support for:

  • Product information and advice to ensure that you choose the best optic to suit your requirements
  • After sales help and advice with your Foco-Optik purchase
  • Warranty assistance, product repair and servicing, and spare parts.


  • Overseas sales are subject to New Zealand government export regulations
  • We cannot export goods manufactured by Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide (Yukon and Pulsar).


  • We only accept payment via direct bank transfer.

All prices include GST and freight within New Zealand. GST exemptions will be sought for overseas sales. Freight will be calculated after purchase is made, or we can quote beforehand. It is the buyers responsibility to organise and pay for import duties.

From time to time, goods may be delayed in transit, or for other reasons. We will endeavor to deliver your goods in a timely manner, but cannot be held responsible for delays. We shall notify you of delivery times upon placement of order, or you can contact us via email.
